Let's Catch Up



Hello! It's me!

Lol. I am back for the millionth time. I can't say how long it will take me to drop out again, but let's just take this time to catch up shall we?

The reason I ever wanted to start a blog, it was due to the fact that I could sit down and just type away. I'd type away and I'd hope people would read away. I like the thought that I could write exactly what I wanted and there was no one to tell me I wasn't doing it the right way. There is no right way. Well, not that I know of. If there is, I'd love to hear some more.

But hey, let's get down to business and catch some more.


GETTING INTO SHAPE 

 I always went on about being body positive last year. I still am hooting that horn to be body positive. But I was so out there with it, that I forgot about my own body positivity. I thought I was happy and confident with the way I looked, but I soon realised that I wasn't.  I wanted to come across on the internet like I was, but whenever it came to speaking to myself and about myself - I wasn't too 'positive.' You can say things so much and over and over, that you actually stop drilling it in and it doesn't mean anything to you anymore.
I'm one of those who have tried every 'diet' under the sun too. I've tried shakes, I've tried 'fasting', and I've tried things like Weight Watchers. But this time I am doing Slimming World. (Yes, I've been down this route before, but it's actually working this time!) Slimming World isn't something that I'd categorise under 'diet', but I would put it under changing your lifestyle. That is exactly what I am doing. I was always the girl who would spend every evening with chocolate and other bad snacks. (Chocolate can fix a lot of things, but not my figure.) But I've changed how I eat, I actually eat Breakfast now and I also snack a lot healthier. It's working for me and I'm over a stone down.


HOUSE SEARCHING

I'm spending hell of a lot of my time on Rightmove. Lol, I'm one of those that look so much, that I'm even looking at houses worth a million pounds and also are in Liverpool. I just like to see what I can get for my money else where, and I also like to dream about what my house will look like. (On Sims.)  But yes, I am finally going to be moving on with my life into the next chapter. I am pinning every single wall gallery, and every single home inspired photo possible.


ANXIETY 

Anxiety is something that has certainly been building up on me. I have only really been suffering with it for the last year. It's something that creeped up on me, and I didn't see it coming. However, I've been really trying to deal with it and keep it more at ease. Exercise is something I'd say has really helped, and also taking time for myself and becoming a lot more selfish. When I feel like there's pressure on me, I really suffer and then when I take on more - it builds up even higher. The wall just keeps getting higher. I like to be selfish, and I'm ok with being selfish and not seeing friends and going to certain events when it's just bad timing for me.

Growing up sucks a little, but it's also pretty exciting. I've just got to continue to pin all the home inspiration and keep reminding myself that being selfish isn't always a bad thing.
