This months beauty stash has evolved this time round. From all things skincare to make up, I have you covered. All products accept one or two are super affordable too, which is an added bonus. Highstreet make up and skincare are totally smashing it at the moment, and I’m sure those Highend brands are a little worried and want to up their game. However Highstreet is more within my budget as you know *trying to save for a house and hoping for a surprised holiday this year type of mind*.
Christian Breton Eclat – Jeunesse Lotion | Something new to the skincare basket. This acts as an exfoliator which removes any dead skin cells and leaves a radiant looking complexion.
American English Seaberry Dry Oil | A brand that I’ve discovered this month : American English. This is for helping that frizz and any static hairs and believe me – my hair is one frizzy mess in the mornings. It’s packed full of vitamins which works on holding hydration, preventing breakage and restores elasticity. It’s also a heat protectant which is a total bonus.
Christian Breton Charcoal masks x3 | Another skincare basket newbie, and it’s a face mask! Nothing better than adding more to the maskie collection. This Charcoal mask is for reducing the appearance of pores and deeply purifies and detoxifies the skin. Not only is this for hydrating the skin, it also has an anti-aging action. Although this isn’t a worry for me right now, but I want to start using products with these factors for when it does become important.
NARS Pencil Lipstick Set | A little gift from my Mother to me when she was away in Rome, making me super jealous of her trip. Of course she purchased this for me in Sephora, it didn’t even cross my mind that they have a Sephora in Rome. So obviously, I pleaded her to visit for me! So the gorgeous gift set comes in a sealed golden kiss cosmetic case, which includes four of the Velvet Matte Lip Pencils in the shades : Endangered Red, Wild Ways, Toundra and Spell Bound.
Touch In Sol I’m Very Useful Make Up Boomer | One of my most favourites out of the collection, this primer. It’s become my recent go to as it leaves a luminous, natural glow to my skin. It’s super duper light weight and blends into the skin so easily. It’s boom and radiance has hit my face.
Touch In Sol Metallist & Glitter Shadow | Oh my god *in Janice voice from Friends.* These are incredible, so similar to the Stila metallic shades but even better. Instead of just the glitter, you also have the foil. The pigment is incredible and it’s as long lasting as you’d like it before you remove your make up. These are a must have if you love the glitter eye looks, a m u s t h a v e.
Touch In Sol Don’t Tell Anybody Dual Concealer | One Touch In Sol product I haven’t got round to trying and testing out yet. It’s double ended with a stick concealer on one end and a liquid with an applicator. The stick end is suitable for covering spots and blemishes. The liquid end is or correcting dark circles and larger areas.
Touch In Sol Stretchex Mascara | A mascara which I’m totally loving right now for a natural make up look. Clump free, lengthens the lashes and the volume is very natural. It’s buildable on the lashes so you can either have that natural look that I’m talking about or more of a bold/statement look without the clumps. It’s all day lasting and it’s smudge proof.
Maybelline Total Temptation Mascara | A mascara that is totally worth buying just for the packaging. Total Temptation is pretty new to the Maybelline mascara family, and I can’t say it’s knocked up to the expectations of what Sensational standards. However, I need to give a few more tests. The formula is enriched with coconut for lashes to feel more conditioned and nourished.
Phase Zero Liquid Lipsticks, Toppers and Glosses | So whether you know or have heard of Love Me Beauty. Love Me Beauty have recently changed their game and they are currently working along with Phase Zero. You can become a member for just £5 a month and you will gain access to their factory prices. *Which is my terms is SUPER CHEAP.* They have Liquid Lipsticks which are amazing, and also Glosses which are coming in 2018 and also Lip toppers for that gorgeous shimmer. Not only this, but they are also releasing their shadows with their very own magnetic ‘make your own’ palette. Exciting, I know right?
SJP Stash Fragrance | A fragrance with the woody scent. It’s a gorgeous strong scent which is sexy and also smokey. It can be suitable for men and women which is totally different in the fragrance world. I’ve had numerous compliments on this scent, but it’s not too over powering for an everyday favourite.
L’Oreal Infallible Foundation Stick & Primer | I thought I’d throw these in together as there’s going to be a full review very soon. These are the newest to the collection. The foundation stick isn’t just for foundation, but you can also use the darker shades for contour. Genius idea! It’s not too heavy on the skin, and blends out easily onto the skin. It’s very smooth and creamy which you can build up over and over again. The primer is the Luminising primer which is very light weight and very smooth. However the two together – I’m not so sure on.
Garnier Pure Charcoal Mask | I’ve been totally obsessed with the Garnier Sheet Masks since they first ever came out. So of course I had to pick this one up! This one is suitable for sensitive skin and is super hydrating. It’s meant to leave skin a lot more clearer and fresh. An added bonus with these sheet masks is that it’s mess free, quick and easy.
Garnier Moisture Bomb Lavender Hydrating Sheet Mask | Another Garnier sheet mask and another one I haven’t tried and tested! This is for hydrating your skin again, and also reduces the appearance of tired and dull skin.
That’s everything from this month!
What have you recently purchased? Is it worth it yet?
