Hello you little beauties.
Charlotte Tilbury is growing on me and I’m a little worried. I have a sudden obsession with Charlottes lipsticks, they’re super pigmented and last a good amount of time. Not only that, the packaging is to die for right? I fricking it love it. The rose gold packaging is everything and looks gorgeous in any handbag.
Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks are so creamy, and I find that they aren’t dying on the lips. You can build and build the product and it still goes on as smoothly as it did the first time round. It’s also pretty moisturising to my lips, I don’t feel like I have to do apply any lip scrub or balm before hand like I do with other lipsticks. Also I find these lipsticks smell of vanilla or something and that just makes it all so much better.
So here’s what’s in my lipstick line up with Charlotte Tilbury..
First up we have this gorgeous Shanghai Nights which is a gorgeous dark berry shade. Honest truth – it’s limited edition and I am loving the red/berry shades at the moment so this just had to happen. I’d say the shade is a rich berry lipstick with red undertones, and it looks gorgeous once applied. It’s the perfect statement shade where it dries matte.
Next is the stunning Bosworths Beauty a gorgeous pink, which creates another total statement to any make up look. This lipstick is inspired by the gorgeous Kate Bosworth, the perfect addition to your Spring/Summer make up bag. I cannot wait to start wearing this in the warmer months. With a gorgeous sun kissed tan, it’ll look stunning. It’s a very luxurious shade.
Carina’s Love is a beautiful medium red with pink undertones. Compared to Shanghi Nights – this is a lot more hot to pop. This is another shade that I’d class as a statement lipstick.
One lipstick I have really loved over and over again, is Bitch Perfect. The fact that it has Bitch within the name just makes it so much better. Feeling like a bad ass bitch with my bitch perfect lipstick on. Ok, that was cringe – but you know. Any how – Bitch Perfect is a gorgeous nude with a peachy tone. This is perfect for an everyday type of lipstick, or a no make up kinda look.
The one everyone loves – Pillow Talk. The perfect gorgeous nude. I know I said Bitch Perfect was the everyday nude, but the same goes with this one. It’s my go to. I’ve just recently got the lip liner and this has to be my number one nude lipstick. Nothing can beat a nude.
To follow on from the Lipsticks – let’s go to the Liquid Lipsticks.
They’re long lasting and are a gorgeous lightweight formula. It’s like having nothing on your lips. They don’t dry out the lips and really nourish them instead. The applicator hugs the lips so you can really touch every shape of your lip, apply beautifully and you can even build up the colour.
First up we have Best Actress which is another nude, yup. It’s a dark nude, close to brown. A lot darker than Pillow Talk & Bitch Perfect. Super creamy application but dries as a matte, perfect for an everyday look.
Last but certainly not least is Walk of Fame. This has one hell of a statement, and is a gorgeous hot red with a hint of orange. This is the perfect evening lip choice, super matte and the staying power is amazing. Want a bright lip but worried how long it’ll stick around? Go down the Walk of Fame route and you will not be disappointed.
That’s my Charlotte Tilbury lipstick line up.
What shall I add to my collection next?
