Hello you little beauties.
When it comes to the story behind my hair, well there is one. I’ve had those bad decisions in life where I thought it was within the fashion, and so totally ok to do some wild things to my hair.
You name it.
I’ve been brown, blonde, ash, red, purple, had colour under the fringe and even shaved my hair on the side.
I even had black hair, a purple fringe with the shaved side all at the same time.
I have no idea what I was thinking either.
Now after so many years, I’m finally hearing those magic words. ‘Oh my god, your hair is so long now!’ ~ Yeah hun keep telling me that. Honestly, I’ve had it as short as a bob and I hated it and the growing it out progress. But now it’s long enough for me to actually do different styles with it.
You know curl it, straighten it, curl it, straighten it… (I’m not adventurous with my hair what so ever.)
But I love trialing out new hair products, and taking good care of my hair!
The one that I’ve used ever since I can remember, Moroccan Oil. It’s the original treatment which detangles the hair, keeps your hair healthy and it even speeds up the drying time. I’ve used this so so much on my hair and it leaves it feeling like it does when you leave the hair dressers. It’s the perfect treat for anyones hair. A little goes a long way too!
I’ve recently introduced to my hair to Ouai. I am so happy I did too. So first up we got the Ouai Treatment Masque. You get eight in a packet, and they really give some TLC to your hair. I like to treat my hair to these every other week so my hair doesn’t get too suffocated from treatments/oils. Not only are these suitable for all hair types, but they repair ~ hydrated and also protect. I like to apply these from mid way, to the ends of my hair to really focus on any split ends. The formula is infused with Keratin and Amin Acids which strengthen and nourish each follicle. It leaves my hair feeling soft, manageable and gives a gorgeous shine.
Then we have the Ouai Smooth Spray which is the newest. I like using this as my other treatment when I’m not using the Moroccan Oil. So not only does this revitalise and hydrate your hair – it also acts as a thermal protection! This is more of my go to out of the three at the moment, as it keeps any fly aways tamed and looking fresh.
What’s your go to hair products?
I need to add more Ouai to my Wishlist!
