Hello you little beauties.
Today, I am going to be showing you what I’ll be putting on my face when it comes to Christmas Day!
Christmas Day?! Where did 2017 go? I can’t even remember seeing January this year, let alone the rest of it.
When it comes to getting ready on Christmas Day, it’s all glitz and glam right? So you’ve got to put your best face of make up on to finish off any outfit.
I mean one year my family and I all dressed in onesies for the day and it was fabulous, but of course hair and make up still had to look glamorous at least!
So let’s get started with my MOTD..
B A S E ..
Laura Geller Spackle Tinted Under Make-Up Primer | This is one of my favourite primers, it just glides onto the skin and leaves a gorgeous dewy look to your skin. It glistens in the light and leaves a natural glow to your skin. Its oil free and creates the perfect base for any make up application. You can even use this alone for a natural glow too.
NYX Pore Filler | A holy grail of mine, and you can find out even more why here. This minimises your pores and creates a fuzzy layer over the areas you apply. It’s become a life saver for my t zone area, it keeps my make up in place and since using this my make up stays on my nose when it normally slides off within hours where I wear glasses!
Barry M Liquid Chrome Highlighter Drops | These highlighter drops have become popular over the beauty blogging community. Although, these aren’t the type of drops I’d apply when my make up is all done. I don’t know what it is with the drops, but I just can’t blend them in well enough without them looking patchy. However, I love to use these within my foundation to give my skin that G L O W. I’ve heard a lot of people say this is how they use this product.
The Ordinary Serum Foundation | This foundation is great for coverage and blending. This is the more unpopular foundation out of the two from The Ordinary, but it’s a favourite of mine. It blends out beautifully onto the skin, and gives my skin that instant flawless look. It’s coverage is amazing compared to others I have tried in the past. It’s super long lasting, with a little powder over it – there’s nothing I can fault this on. It blends effortlessly into the skin and gives a semi matte finish. See more of a review here.
Maybelline The Eraser Eye | This is new to my make up collection, and is new for Christmas Day. I’ve seen so many hype up about this concealer, so I’m ready to see if it’s worth it. I’m really intrigued by the applicator too!
Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Setting Powder | This has become easily one of my favourite make up products, in fact I included it in my 2017 favourite make up finds. It gives your skin a flawless matte finish, and keeps make up in place all day. It’s perfect for baking your highlight too.

Maybelline Master Sculpt | This has been a product which I’ve repeatedly repurchased. Not only is this for contouring, but you are also covered with the highlight – however I only use this product for the contour. It’s a gorgeous warm brown, which really gives the right amount of colour to my skin. It looks very natural, and it’s great value for money.
Milani Powder Blush | How gorgeous is this blush just by looking at it? This is the most palest blusher ever. It’s super natural on the skin and gives a gorgeous healthy colour to the skin. I’m not a huge fan of blusher, so if that’s you too – then this shade (Bella Rosa) would be the perfect shade for you.
Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator | The prettiest of them all. This is super pigmented and is a gorgeous champagne shade with a hint of bronze. This is the shade for you if you love your bronzer/contour as it gives a gorgeous warm glow to your skin but stays super natural looking.

Becca Eyes Lights Palette | This is new to my make up collection, and I have left it until Christmas Day to actually use it which is very exciting! You have seven different shades which are all glitzy with metallic shimmer finish.
Rose Quartz – A light pink/pearl shade
Moonstone – A champagne/pearl shade
Hot Cocoa – A warm brown
Pearl – White/Pearl shade
Opal – A warm champagne shade
Toasted Marshmallow – A medium cool brown
Topaz – A bronzed shade
Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow | These are everyones favourites this year, and of course they’re mine so I had to include this within my Christmas make up. It’s all about the glitz and glam and these certainly have that effect. They are highly pigmented and last all day long, do not budge once applied! I love creating a cut crease look using these.
Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Mascara | My go to mascara is this Marc Jacobs beauty. I received this by influenster and I will be repurchasing for sure. It gives the all important 3 factors – volume, length and curve in the lashes. A easy must have for my Christmas make up. Find out more of a review here.

Maybelline Brow Precise Highlighter | This has changed my brow routine so much, and the whole look of my brows. I like to fill and shape my brows first, and then apply this last. This is to give your brows more shape and to also to lift the brow arch which also covers any stray hairs that you may have missed or is coming back through the skin. The tip is angled to really get as close as you can to your brow line. After applying, I then just blend it in with a small brush to then apply my base make up.
L’Oreal Paradise Pomade | I’ve been using this since L’Oreal brought out the Paradise collection. It comes with an easy sized angled brush, which is a good size to fill and shape your brows. It’s super pigmented and a little goes a long way, it’s one of them products which last you a life time.
Glossier Boy Brow | This is another product which I’ve continuously used since purchasing. This is for filling and keeping your brows in place. You can get this in only a selective amount of shades including a clear. My brows don’t budge at all throughout the day and you can use this even for a more natural look, which I’ve been doing quite frequently as it’s the busy month of the year!

Sleek Matte Me Lip Cream | Of course a bright red lip has to happen on Christmas day! When applying the product to the lips it doesn’t dry too quickly so any mistakes or more application is easy to do. Of course it’s a matte lip cream, and it drys very well without any flakiness. I think Sleek liquid lipsticks are so underrated. Enough product is on the applicator which makes it very easy to apply to the lips. It really dries up as a gorgeous matte, and this is the perfect red for Christmas Day.
That’s all the make up I’ll be including within my make up look for Christmas Day.
Be sure to follow me over on Instagram to see the finished look, which of course will be going up on the big day!
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, and a New Year too as I’m from Sunday I am off for a week to relax and get ready for 2018 <3
