Hello you glitzy getters.
Christmas is coming, so that means the glitz and glam comes out to play. Christmas in three colours are green, red and gold right? Glitter is everywhere – wrapping paper, Christmas decorations, clothes so of course make up has to be too.
It’s what Christmas is all about!
I have five favourites for the upcoming Christmas season, so let’s get down to glitz and glam..
Sleek Make Up Highlighter Palette | This palette is in the shade Precious Metals which include Platinum which is a gorgeous pearl shade, Antique Bronze which is a light bronze shade, Royal Gold a light gold shade and also Renaissance Gold which is a warmed toned bronzed/gold shade. Three shades have a velvet/creamy texture to them, and one of them is powder. It gives your skin a gorgeous radiance glow to it, nothing too heavy. These would be perfect for the body as well as face too.
Stila Magnificent Metals Liquid Eye Shadow | This has become a strong favourite, and it’s featured in a lot of blog posts. I want more of these shadows so badly, they’re super pigmented and are easy to blend out into a smokey eye look. (Which is my current favourite look at the mo!) If you like glitter and love eye shadow, then these would fit you perfectly. This is in the shade Kitten Karma and oh my – it’s a gorgeous rose gold shade which looks gorgeous on the eyes.
Mac Cosmetics Snow Ball Lipstick | Who isn’t utterly obsessed with this Christmas collection? I’m totally gutted all I got was this lipstick, as it’s super pretty and the packaging is everything. This is in the shade I’m Glistening and it’s a gorgeous dark nude/brown shade and I’m so in love with it. The formula of the lipsticks just glide onto the lips and are so easy to apply. They need a ‘top me up’ throughout the day but there’s no fault in that.
Collection Glam Crystals Liner | One of my favourite and most easiest products I’ve ever used. This makes your eye make up that little more glam! I picked this up along with a silver one when I decided to try out new make up looks, and these are so good! I like using this gold shade on Christmas, along with wing liner! It’s so long lasting, and they have a handful of different shades.
Pixi Glow-y Powder | This is one of my favourites from my highlighter collection which you’ll find over on my Instagram. I have this in the shade London Lustre. It’s a gorgeous velvet highlighter which adds a luminous glow to the skin. You build up the product, and it’s suitable for highlighting all areas.
What are you loving this Christmas which has a touch of glitter?
