The Beauty Countdown Advent Calendar : First Thoughts

I know you’ve been waiting for this, I’m finally telling you how I am counting down to Christmas this year. I mean, of course I’ll have me chocolate calendar too – but beauty ones just win it that little more, right? With chocolate advent calendars, you open it, eat it and it’s gone! With the beauty calendars, you can use the products again and again!

As you can see, it’s not all based on one brand. You have a great range of brands and also a great range of products. From skincare, to make up, to haircare and fragrances. I am super excited to try out these products, as there’s so many that I’ve wanted to try for so long. However, I have’t done so as I’ve been worried whether I’ll like the products or not and whether they’ll be beneficial to my skin and etc.

So here’s what you get behind the doors..

Estèe Lauder Revitalizing Supreme +

Aveda Thickening Tonic

Origins Clear Improvement Charcol Mask

Glamglow Gravity Mud Firming Mask

Darphin 8-Flower Nectar Oil Cream

Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturising Lip Colour Balm

Bobbi Brown Art Stick Liquid Lip, English Rose

Clinique Aromatics In White

Bumble and Bumble Thickening Finish

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer

Estèe Lauder Day Wear Sheer Tint Moisturiser

Mac Cosmetics Strobe Cream

Clinique Chubby Stick Sculpting Highlighter

Micheal Kors Wonderlust Rollerball

Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair

Aveda Hand and Body Wash

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion +

Glamglow Thirsty Mud Hydrating Treatment

Bumble and Bumble Don’t Blow It Thick Hair Styler

I think for £125, and for the amount of products I want to try out *which are highlighted pink* is pretty worth it..

I think it’s a great price! You have a great range of products, not just make up and you also have some incredible brands that I’ve never even tried. However, I can see myself creating another Wishlist after Christmas just for the full sized products! Also, for everyone to hype up about Zoella’s advent calendar being £50 for confetti and cookie cutters, I think for an extra £75 – you really are getting your money worth. Plus the packaging of this advent calendar is gorgeous, and I will be keeping for sure!

How are you counting down this Chrismtas?
