Sometimes we forget the smaller things in life, don’t we?
We always focus on the biggest things, but never the smaller ones.
So I decided to share with you some of my lifestyle favourites, I’m always boasting about make up and skincare and whatever else comes under beauty.
However, I never mention what else I am loving so here you have it :
My lifestyle favourites…
Hot chocolates | Let’s start with the most obvious. Hot chocolates are a must running up to Autumn. *Yes you’ll probably see the word ‘Autumn’ used in every post coming up, it’s my favourite time of the year.* I honestly make the best hot chocolate going. *Bye bye Starbucks.* Lol, no. But seriously, it’s the Cadbury’s hot chocolate, cold squirty scream and mini marsh mellows. I N C R E D I B L E.
I mean, it doesn’t take a genius, no Tay. But it costs the same as a large hot chocolate in Costas *Yes that’s right I’m a Costas type of girl* – however if you buy all the ingredients yourself – you can have endless hot chocolates. I’ve even got Lee into drinking them, and trust me – they’re becoming pretty popular in the Nowacki house hold. *Yes my second name is actually Nowacki.*
Blogosphere Magazine Issue 14 | If you haven’t already – you need to buy yourself this months magazine. If you haven’t read a Blogosphere Magazine before? Here’s why you should.
This magazine is super super inspiring, and also because it has my most favourite Blogger/Youtuber out there on the front cover : Hannah Gale. Not only this, it also has another favourite of mine : Charlotte Jones. Two of my favourites having 3/4 pages of a little more about them. It also has their events inside, and also some of their Twitter chats – which I am certainly going to start getting myself involved in. *Which they hold on Sunday evening at 8pm.* I cannot recommend this magazine enough, you can sign up here for a year for £25 which is amazing, as this current issue is on sale in WH Smith for £8. So you’ll get you monies worth through-out the year.
A Stranger In The House | This book is my current read. I am obsessed with it. There is another book which is called A Couple Next Door which I read before hand, whilst being on holiday and I read it within two days. This book, I’m reading only a couple of chapters a day to keep the suspense going. It’s like a thriller, which keeps you going back for more. It’s one of those books you read a chapter, and you think ‘oh just one more’ – before you know it you’ve gone from chapter 23 to chapter 46. *Whoops.* From the impression I’m getting as well – these two books are linked.
Sony A5000 | This a new camera, which I’ve recently purchased. I am still getting round to everything, and trying out everything. So far – I am impressed. I still can’t work out how to create the perfect flatlay, but I have sussed out how to create the blurry background – which we’re all memorised with at the moment over on Instagram. I was thinking about doing a camera review, if you’d like to hear – lemme know. It’s not far off the Olympus Pen ‘apparently’ whether it’s true, I’m still testing.
DW Home Pumpkin In Spice Candle | Heeeellllll yeah, the candles are out and they are sticking around for a long time. I mean, I love candles when it’s the summer too because..well, they smell nice. However, it’s all about the spiced/cinnamon scents. Yes I’m one of those. This is from Tkmaxx, I mean if you haven’t got yourself down there – then go. Their scents are incredible and I’m holding myself back from going to get some more. This one has it’s spice, and it certainly has that cinnamon – so yes Tay did fricking good.
What are you loving at the moment? Any candles? Orrrrrr how about – what are you reading right now? I’m looking for more books to read. Gimme gimme gimme your recommendations.
