Things got a little out of hand this month, not only have I booked a fricking holiday for a few weeks time. I’ve gone and spent a fortune on constant make up and beauty products. However, it’s all a little insight for all of you lovely readers to see what I’m loving most! Let’s be honest, we can never go into town or go shopping without being tempted to buy anything. Although, tempted doesn’t do it for me – I just fricking buy it and then shit myself if the mister triggers on that’s something looks new *ish*. Lol.
We have two different posts for this as I didn’t want to make it as big as last months, but if you missed it you can catch up with it here. So here’s 8 new products, that come individually or as a group!
What I am obsessed with..
Morphe 35B Palette
This palette has changed me. Totally changed me. I was always the girl that reached out for neutral/orange/browns type of eye shadow palettes. However, I have recently started playing around with make up and creating some fancy looks using different eye shadow shades. This is where this palette came into it all. This is the most colourful palette E V E R. It’s the shimmers that do it for me, they’re so soft and just like velvet. So easy to apply, and they blend amazingly. I just cannot wait to get my hands on some more of Morphe palettes. Is there one you’d recommend?
Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara
Hallelujah! I finally got the mascara everyones been raving about, I can totally see why. The volume it gives my lashes and the look that it creates, it just brings all that attention to my eyes. Let’s also say about how gorgeous the packaging is. This is one of my top favourites for mascara. Mascara is my go to make up item, I cannot go without it. I’d highly recommend for you to try it, they also do a waterproof mascara which would be perfect for holiday!
Make Up Geek Foiled Eye Shadow Pan
Want to know something funny? I purchased a shadow pan but without anything to put it in accept the packaging it came in! I want to get a palette for it, but I want to purchase some more of these to actually buy one. This is so so pigmented it’s unreal. The shine from the metallic is stunning. It’s perfect to mix with any shade, to sit on the lid of the eye. I adore using a base colour, and building it up with more colour and then to use a metallic shade over the lid to make your eyes look more bigger. The eyes is the main focus I think, the eyes -> then lips -> then wherever else. Lol. Anyone else ever think this too?
What I Am Dying To Try Out More
W7 Delicious Natural & Berry Eye Colour Palette
Oooooooooooh sweet baby Jesus. This palette is gorgeous, yes it’s the dupe we all want of the ABH Modern Renaissance palette. All the neutrals, berry and burnt shades you need in a palette. Instead of it costing £40+ this one comes in at just £12. Total bargain, and such a great way to try out the shades to invest in the ABH palette I think. This could be my plan, you know how it is. I am currently obsessed with eye shadow palettes.
Huda Beauty Nude Love Collection
I absolutely love it with Huda Beauty bring out more Lip products. Not only that, the minis are my total fav. Each lip liquid costs close to £20 each, where as these minis which come in a set of 4 cost close to £30. So flipping worth it. The formulas are gorgeous, they’re creamy and so long lasting. I now have 9 of their matte lip liquids, and I am obsessed with them. I could not recommend them enough, I never see one bad word about them.
Rimmel London Insta Duo Contour Stick
Something a little different for me, I’ve always been loyal to my Maybelline Master Sculpt contour. But I decided to try something different, these are so easy to use and blend so so well. I love using this for more of a natural look to the skin, it’s fab with just creating that ‘no make up look’. They’re creamy and like I said before they blend so well. I haven’t really reached out for the highlighting end so this is speaking for just the contouring end.
Sleek Matte Me & Metallic
Oh, I love a matte lip – me. I’ve just searched the Matte Me Lip Cream which is in the shade *Birthday Suit* and I have to say the shade is more darker than the photo online. They’re super creamy and this just makes applying the product so much easier. It doesn’t go all bitty, it sits on the lip really comfortably and lasts for a long period of time. However, the metallic I’m absolutely loving and I cannot wait to use this endlessly on holiday. This is in the shade Roman Copper, this goes so well with the NYX pigments for the eyes, just dap a little over the top – focusing on the middle of the lips and boom your lips are looking more sassier than ever before.
No 7 Turquoise Shine Stay Perfect Shadow
I picked this up just before I got the Morphe palette as mentioned above. I wanted to pick this up to create more wide/out there looks. However, I haven’t picked this up since buying it but I’m going to get the use out of this for sure. This is my second single eye shadow from No7, as I loved the previous one so much before – I’ve actually hit pan. If you do want to see some more funky looks, you can just by clicking here or here.
What’s standing out to you in this months beauty stash?
