I think beauty subscriptions are such a good idea, a good way to treat yourself monthly – especially when you totally forget that it’s coming! I never ever remember when it’s coming, the money goes out monthly (at the beginning for me) and I get a gorgeous beauty bag instead of a box! A lot of people say that beauty boxes are so handy, because people reuse them for storage which is such a good idea. However, instead of boxes – the products come in make up bags!
This months comes white, with a blue floral design and a illustration of a lady in a blue dress drinking some bubbly! The quote says : I didn’t choose the glam life. The glam life chose me.
Fricking love this, glam life is always a good idea but so is a comfy day in pjs and a cuppa with endless amount of biscuits. You know? Yeah, always a good idea.
Anyway, here’s what is inside this months beauty bag..
EcoTools Retractable Face Brush
EcoTools itself is new to me, so I was buzzing to see that there was a couple from EcoTools. This is a versatile brush which is ideal for applying powder, bronzer or a little blush. It’s the perfect brush for on the go, it can fit into any handbag. The brush is so so soft and there’s just so much in there considering it comes with a cap to keep things clean and free from mess. These are cruelty free too which is a total bonus. This brush on it’s own retails around £10.
EcoTools Face Tools Perfecting Blender Duo
Hell yes! I’m all for trying new beauty blenders, I’m a Real Techniques type of girl because TKMAXX sell two for just £8 and I think that’s a bloody meal deal. What I love about these though, is that they have flat edges for the concealer under the eyes. There’s nothing worse than trying to be so so careful you don’t ruin that killer of a wing liner when blending that concealer. I cannot wait to give these a try, as I have like 10 million different beauty blenders on the go at the moment. Interested to see how these wash up too as Real Techniques are pretty snazzy with washing. These are also cruelty free of course, and these retail around £8-£10 too.
Radial Dragons Bloody Eye Masks
If anyone knows me, I’m a sucker for face masks but I have a secret love for eye masks. Eye masks are a life saver when it comes to long haul journeys and late nights. They are used to hydrate and moisturise the skin. It gives an immediate de-puff effect, whilst cooling the skin too. The skin under your eyes are left feeling refreshed and comforted. You can leave these on up until 20-30 minutes, and I prefer longer masks than short ones so you can make a total pampering session out of it. These retail around £30 – £40 for 8 masks.
Nip & Fab Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads
So these set of pads come along as five, but you can also get these in a bigger tub that come with 60 pads. They give radiance to the skin and the Glycolic Acid soaks into the skin and helps soothes to give brighter and smoother looking skin. These are perfect for travelling too, so on the go you can keep your skin looking healthy and glowing. For five pads they retail around £2.
Nailsinc Nail Polish in Crombie Mews
I don’t have to say much about this, I’m not a huge lover for painting my nails but I am so excited to try this, and this is a colour that I would so choose when going to get my nails done. Hot pink is the way forward this summer! I just know my Mum is dying to get her hands on this as it’s summer so bright colours are a total must! I’m not 100% how much this one retails at but all Nails Inc Nail Polish are around £10 to £15.
