So if you don’t already know, I picked up some new bits from the Loreal stand in my local Boots. I haven’t tried anything from Loreal in quite a long time, but I saw how some people have been raving about them. You know what it’s like – you think you instantly need it and to give it a go.
So this primer is something I’ve used before this time round. This prepares the skin and transforms the texture, ready to create a matte finish. The foundation then applies to this skin evenly, and gives full coverage. It feels greasy on the skin when applying, but it then changes into a soft, dry base. It’s also very lightweight on the skin.
TRUE MATCH FOUNDATION
This foundation is a total win win. It comes in a total of 23 shades, now that’s impressive right? For drugstore/highstreet brands you don’t usually get many shades within foundations. With this foundation you only need a little, as a little goes a long way. I want to say it feels quite oily against the skin, when applied which isn’t a bad thing at all. I feel like it really hydrates my skin, it doesn’t become cakey what so ever. It gives your skin full coverage easily, and it’s long wearing. Once applied to the skin, it’s so lightweight too – doesn’t feel like I have anything on which is a good feeling. I would highly recommend this foundation for long days ahead, it blends so well into the skin and like I said it’ll be a long lasting one as you need nothing bigger than a 5 pence amount.
This is has been a very long time coming. I haven’t worn blusher in such a long time, that I forgot how much I love it when I do have it on. I saw this palette and loved the range of shades, as you have subtle as well as bright. I normally reach out for the three from the left, as I love a bright lip at the moment. I never just go for one shade, I always blend two shades together and it gives a really subtle look with blusher. I am no lover of bright cheeks!
