What's New To The Beauty Stash : Part 2

I'mmmm bacccccck with Part 2! I went a little spending happy with this month, but next month is going to be very little as I need to focus on getting holiday bits from now on. So let's get to to the point to why your here, if you missed my previous one I'll link it just here.

What I'm Obsessed With..

Loreal Fine Flowers Toner
This is something new to my skin care routine. I needed a toner for quite a long time, and I've finally got round to it. This leaves my skin feeling so so smooth like an actual flower petal. Sounds cringe, but honestly my skin feels so fresh/clean and brand new!! It removes any impurities, invigorates and smooths the skin. It has rose & jasmine included within the ingredients and doesn't that just sound like heaven to you? Does me. This is perfect for dry & sensitive skin, and we all know now I come under that category.

Loreal Hydra Genius Aloe Water
I saw this everywhere, and thought *yep I need to get my hands on that.* I've been using this day and night for the past week along with the toner. I'm going to rinse this bottle within a few more weeks I reckon. I'm obsessed! It smells so clean and fresh, and the formula - I love! I've replaced this with my moisturiser, and it's so much better. I pump it a few times onto a pad to cover my face and neck and it leaves my skin looking so hydrated and I can go without make up with no worries.

Kiko Milano Water Eyeshadow
How gorgeous is this shade? I totally adore it. It's perfect for shadow, highlight and even in the corner of the eyes to brighten them more. You don't need a lot it, what so ever. It's in the shade 200 - it's the most gorgeous rose gold shade. It's long lasting too.

Loreal Paradise Pomade Exstatic
I've been using the same brow product for the past year nearly. It's The Body Shop Liner & Brow kit and I'm totally obsessed with it, I've never found anything to replace it. However, this one is a strong contestant. I picked this up in the shade Brunette, and it's the perfect match. It comes along with an applicator brush, and it's the perfect size for my brows. I really love this product. It's so easy to shape the brows and also fill them in. It leaves my brows looking full and so so natural.

Loreal Paradise Exstatic Mascara
Everyone is dying to get their hands on this mascara, and hell yeah I got it. (If anyone is wanting to get their hands on this, you can actually do so on Boots website along with any of the others.) You don't need a lot of this mascara for your lashes, before you know it they are so volumised and the length has doubled instantly. If you apply too much, they do go clumpy like a lot of mascara's, that's why you need just a couple of layers. Not a lot.

What I was disappointed with..

Loreal Paradise Kajal Extatic Liner
They actually describe this as an eye contour. But I used this as a liner. I couldn't work with it, I was disappointed to see that it was more of a crayon type than a liquid liner. I just saw this and thought why not when purchasing the other two Loreal Paradise products. It's not as sharpe as I'd have liked it to be. I couldn't create a wing liner look with this, it's more of a liner I'd use on my water line.

Maybelline Master Ink
This is in white, and it just didn't work for me. There's nothing wrong with the liner it self, it just made my eyes burn which was a little worrying so I had to remove it instantly. I won't be reaching out for this again.

Rimmel London Brow This Way
So this is a gel product, which is meant to sculpt and define the brows. It smoothes, conditions and softens the brows. This is another no from me, too much product sticks to the brush which is too much for my brows. They aren't massively thick, they're quite full for the size brows they are. However, it doesn't evenly apply and I've figured out I'm more of a pomade/pencil type of brow girl.

What I've repurchased..

Loreal True Match Foundation
This is hands down my most favourite foundation. This is my second re-purchase and I totally love it. The coverage is amazing, I'd say it's full coverage for my skin. It's long lasting and so easy to blend. There's an incredible about of shades, over 20 different shades. You cannot go wrong with matching this to your skin colour. It just never ever disappoints.

What I cannot wait to try..

Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Sun Lotion
Doesn't this just smell of heaven this brand? It just shouts vacation! I've always used this sun lotion, and also the oil as well. (We all love to try and get as much of a tan as we possibly can!) This is the best sun lotion I've ever tried, and I've gone through many! All about the highs though to protect the skin, specially on the face! Remember to always re-apply when jumping in the water!

Simple Essential Pro Series Eye Brush Set
I needed to get my hands on some new brushes, for the eyes. I picked this gorgeous set up from TKMAXX, however I'm waiting to use them until my holiday which is at the end of August. You get five brushes inside, along with a little gold pouch for them to go in. You get a flat concealer brush, a precision concealer brush, a small highlighter brush. You also get a face & eye shadow blender brush, and an angled blender brush. Just over £10 - you can't go wrong.

THAT'S A WRAP. Thank you for reading, and I want to know what you've been purchasing this month, whether you like it/hate it/orrrrr you're waiting to try out. <3

  2. An eye contour?! How do you contour your eyes?! I also used to use that Hawaiian tropic sun cream, and every time I wore it, I burnt like I had nothing on! I hope it works better for you, as I must admit I burn really easily anyway haha!xx
